These terms cover the creator publishing feature on Outlandish Studio, operated by Outlandish Inc.

Your account and content

Connect only a TikTok account you are allowed to use. Choose original video content that you own or have permission to post. You control the caption, visibility, interaction settings, commercial disclosure, and final confirmation for each post.

Posting

We send a video to TikTok only after you confirm it. TikTok may reject, delay, limit, or remove a post under its own rules. Check the status shown here and your TikTok account before you try again after an uncertain result. The feature does not attach TikTok Shop products to a post.

Commercial content

If your video promotes your business or another brand, select the correct commercial disclosure. You are responsible for the rights and disclosures required for your content, including TikTok's rules and applicable law.
